We know how busy a mom’s life can be so we want to make sure that our online experience is as easy as possible, including when your purchase doesn't work out.

Created by moms, Mitera’s versatile pieces are designed to accommodate and compliment a mom’s changing figure before, during and after pregnancy. Each style comes with exact sizing and detailed measurement charts to help you determine the perfect fit for you. Please note that recommendations are just that and can vary for each woman and on how she grows into her pregnancy and settles into postpartum.

SHOPPING WITH A DISCOUNT CODE 

We offer discount codes from time to time, especially to those who are on Mitera Insider's List for shopping with us.  At this time, only one discount code can be used at checkout and discount codes cannot be combined. Furthermore, we are unable to apply a discount code retroactively once it is expired or swap a code with another one.  Thank you for understanding as we respect and treat our customers fairly and equally.

ORDER PROCESSING 

Our team personally hand picks, packs, and ships your order to you with love and care. At this time, all orders can be processed within the next day or up to within 48 hours during the week except on weekends and holidays. Processing and shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please get in touch with our team via FB messenger, email our Mitera Concierge team (help@miteracollection.com) or phone to inquire about expedited shipping if you are looking to receive your dress by a certain date.

SHIPPING

Typing with one hand, mom? We hear you. Please note that we are not responsible for typographical errors to the shipping address entered during the checkout process.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 to an address in the Continental U.S.

International orders are subject to a different shipping and handling process. Normally, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Please email us at help@miteracollection.com if you have a question concerning your order from outside the United States.  In addition, we would recommend using a service like Aramex or HopShopGo.

WHAT ITEMS ARE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGES?

We know you have a million things going on being a mom. We will always do our best to take care of you- and that means dealing with any less than perfect experiences fairly and reasonably. We ask that you are fair and reasonable with us as well.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We want you to be happy with your Mitera purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns within 30 days from the order date.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?

We offer store credit for gift returns. Simply email hello@miteracollection.com and we'll get your gift return started for you. Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

TIMEFRAME FOR A RETURN

You have 30 days including the weekends from the date your shipment arrives to request a return or exchange for non-accessories products. In order to receive a full refund, the item(s) needs to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the original date of receipt of the item(s).

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns that are NOT in the original packaging (the polybag included and box), damaged, worn, washed, altered or have stains (sweat, milk, deodorant, etc.) or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

*Please note we cannot accept the following items to be returned.

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items bought with discount code equal to or greater than 20% 
  • Items marked SALE or SAMPLE SALE or FINAL SALE
  • Items bought by merchandise credit
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories

* If customer wishes to exchange an item bought during a sale or using a discount code, it is only possible if the item is available in stock.  If so, the customer is responsible for sending back the item safely within 30 days for a refund and purchasing the desired item separately. This is for size exchange only.
* For returning items that were purchased with discount code less than 20%, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

DO YOU COVER RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes, we provide free return shipping labels for all domestic orders processed within the 30 days return period. You will have 2 options to process your return.

  1. You may receive a full refund amount in Merchandise Credit. This Merchandise Credit will never expire.
  2. You may receive the amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 administrative fee.

**Items purchased with a discount code less than 20% could be returned but the customer is responsible for the return shipping. 

In order for your return to be processed, the returned item(s) must have all of its original labels, with hangtags, etc., intact and preferably in its poly bag and a box and must be unworn. Please also understand that getting the return shipment to us is your responsibility. Please track it to make sure that the item gets returned to us safely. If we did not receive it, please check with the carrier first before contacting us. 

In the case of a full refund to the original credit card or method of payment, please allow 5-14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Please be sure to contact your credit card company and bank before reaching out to us - we have found that most of the delays are made between those two entities.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International Mitera customers are subject to a different return process and do not qualify for free returns and exchanges at this time. You'll be responsible for shipping the package back to us with the courier of your choice. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Mitera. HASSLE-FREE HOME TRY-ON PROGRAM WITH FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS

We understand that sizing during this phase of your life can be tricky and at Mitera, our goal is to make our moms lives easier so we offer our hassle-free home try-on program.

With this program, moms can order up to 2 sizes and we will include a free return label for the size that doesn’t fit. If you are stuck between 2 sizes and want to utilize the home try-on program, please email us at help@miteracollection.com so we can make sure we include the free return label in your order.

FREE EXCHANGE

We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of receipt. This is for size exchange only. We will cover shipping both ways for your first exchange. In case you want to return the exchanged item(s), you will be responsible for shipping it back to us within 30 days of receipt.
